Tulle Skirts

If you follow me on Instagram you already know I ordered an ivory tulle skirt from Bliss On Main yesterday after seeing it on my beautiful fashion blogger friend, Laura Boswell of Walking In Memphis In High Heels.  I've been wanting one since last fall when Anthropologie came out with their gorgeous creation.  Anthropologie's was a little too pricey for my very limited budget and I knew it was just a matter of time before there were other less costly tulle skirts out there.  The one I ordered from Bliss On Main was only $38.95!  I spent last evening on my favorite pastime, Polyvore, creating a few looks to go along with my new skirt.

I think yesterday's purchase put me in a "skirt" mood because that's all I wanted to wear today!  As I was going through my closet (that seriously needs an overhaul!! - Does anyone know of a good closet editor? LOL!) I found this black tulle and sequin skirt I bought last winter at Target.  I completely forgot I had it!  At first I was very excited about my closet find because I instantly knew what I was going to wear today but then I was mad at myself for letting my closet get the best of me when that's part of what I do as a profession.  But the frustration didn't last long once I created today's outfit and promised myself by September (which to me is the start of the fall season) I'd have MY closet whipped into shape and possibly start the transition of turning our spare room into a closet/office like I've been planning since January.

Do you have anything that's been on your fashion wish list?
