It's All About The Bag (and the accessories)

Accessories make all the difference when styling an outfit.  From your earrings to your shoes and everything in between, accessories can make or brake your look.  Carrying a great bag will really pull your look together and when it's a bag like this one from Gregory Sylvia not only will you be stylish but you will be organized!  This fabulous leather bag has three compartments (one with a zipper), and two additional smaller interior pockets.  It boasts a shoulder strap as well as a detachable cross-body strap for easy carrying wherever your day takes you.  My bag is a gorgeous navy blue leather, perfect for fall and winter, with Gregory Sylvia's logo elegantly stitched on both the back and the front of the bag.  And speaking of accessories... This Skirt

How fabulous is this skirt?  From the full skater style to the bold colors and fun pattern it's a stunner!  This skirt makes such a statement I paired it with a neutral, feminine blouse, black shoes and clutch that would let the skirt be the focus of the outfit and not compete for attention.  I kept the jewelry simple too with an arm stack of thin bangles with turquoise detail and stud earrings.

Snake and Leather

Snake and leather ~ what a combo, right?  I love how it's edgy without being over the top.  And I've never in my life put on a pair of pants I like more.  These fit and feel amazing and the vertical pattern makes my legs appear longer and thinner than they actually are (but that's our little secret!).  These pants have been added to my fall wish list...along with the top in Monday's post and the jacket in last Friday's.  Oh Encore, how I love your fall fashions!!

When I went into Encore  last week to style outfits for my current series of blog posts I was instantly drawn to this top.  It's a very on-trend dressy sweatshirt, the Swiss-dot and quilted detail are to die for and it reminds me of something Audrey Hepburn or Taylor Swift would wear.  You could say it's a win, win, win!  Oh, and it's super comfortable.  Another win.  I'll be adding it to my fall wardrobe for sure!!

Clinton Kelly's Effortless Table

You all know of my love for Clinton Kelly and all things Clinton Kelly.  I own and have read all of his books, watched every episode of What Not To Wear and am a regular viewer of The Chew.  I also got to meet him last November when he was here in Atlanta for a Macy's fashion event (see that post here - best night ever!).  So when I heard that Clinton was coming out with a line of dinnerwear exclusively available at Macy's I couldn't wait to check it out.  Well, the wait it over... Clinton Kelly's Effortless Table is finally here and it's freakin' fabulous ~ it was designed by Clinton after all!!
