Styled Three Ways ~ DL1961 Emma Jeans

Hey Everyone!  Me and my blogger bests, Jennifer Duvall and Molly Moon Burton, are back with another addition of our "Styled Three Ways" collaboration.  This time we are each styling a pair of DL1961 Emma Jeans in "drizzle" which is a really cool worn-in gray wash.  I haven't owned a pair of gray jeans in a long time and was super excited when these arrived in my mailbox!  Gray is having a color moment of late and the styling possibilities for these super comfy jeans are endless!

I paired my jeans with a poncho, tunic shirt and booties, all of which of which are hot trends this season.  I'm loving ponchos, aren't you?  I have a few now and they are such a fun completer piece.  I mean, what's better than wearing a stylish blanket all day long?  I'm all about cozy chic fashion!

One of My Favorites of the Summer

I'm wrapping up the final bit of summer (the last official day is a week from today, September 22nd) in my next three blog posts with a few of my favorite not-blogged-yet summer outfits.  Today's outfit tops my list of Summer 2015 favorites!  It' a little lacy-feminine, a little boho-cool and 100% from The Loft Boutique.  If you follow me on Instagram, which you should ;-), you got a sneak peek here earlier in the summer.  This may be a summer outfit but a few of the pieces are hot trends for fall ~ can you guess what they are?

Buffalo plaid and (faux) fur ~ they were made to go together!  Add some distressed boyfriend jeans, pointy toe booties and a red lip and you're ready to take on the world (or a day of running errands ~ which ever comes first!)

Baseball Inspired Sweatshirt and Leather Pants

I got this sweatshirt/sweater during my trip to The Loft Boutique back in November when they invited me to their Cheers to Nine Years celebration (see my post on this fabulous shop and the event here).  The Hubs actually picked this top out for me.  I think he likes it because it's baseball inspired.  I like it because of the mixed media aspect (I'm a fan of anything with texture) and... that it's really comfortable! It goes well with jeans and of course, leather pants, which are my obsession this season.

How cool is this wall?  I just love shooting pics in downtown Athens!

Kimono Casual

If you ask me what I think the perfect casual season transition outfit is I'd say a kimono, distressed boyfriend jeans, silk tank and suede booties.  The jeans and booties keep it comfy, casual.  The silk tank dresses the look up a bit and the kimono is the perfect completer piece.  And what about the fringe?!?!  Obsessed!
